Help me out, Twitter: I've been invited to "teach a class" (I think I have a lot of leeway over format, but it will be 1-2 sessions/week) at a small school for highly gifted children. Which non-standard subjects/projects/formats would be fun to play with?

I helped out with a (very successful) prep school and one of their assignments was studying famous propaganda and emulating it with their own school messages. Some really good lessons.
