Broken bones over torn ligaments any day of the week. Coming from someone who’s done plenty of both.

I chose not the crucial ones, which is pretty arbitrary. They’re all pretty crucial but I would say skull, jaw, vertebrae & hip are all crucial as opposed to say, arm or leg. But shattering your hand at age six might be worse in the long term than a fractured skull.

All of my friends broke legs arms and fingers and I didn't even break a single bone. My entire youth I felt like I was missing out.

Can you really be said to have had a childhood if you did not break at least one limb and a couple phalanges in your youth? I think not.
