Had the same thought today: a 16 yo stopped me in the street to sign me up to a charity and was honestly the best salesperson I've met in a while. I told him I'll recommend him to one of our portfolio companies' sales teams because he'll definitely have more fun/learn more there!

LS is sounding sadly desperate here. Their central issue is that most people can't afford 6 months full-time without a credible promise of a job at the end. But tech companies are so powerful now, they don't have to promise or invest anything.
