You‘re at day what? I recall after a week you can feel the pull get weaker and you absolutely need to feast on that and kick the demon. It‘s all yours and goes uphill from then on, because you‘ve built more than you‘ve lost. Embrace it.

Day 7. The feeling of being just horribly ill is gone, and the cravings are actually pretty tolerable(!), but it really has messed with my sleep, and continues to.
