1/ My school district (MP) is scrambling to find new space, taking back space from private schools. I see young people coming to Google/FB/Apple for the full service life style. Obviously there aren't enough houses for them to each have one.

2/ Top tier executives / talent can put down roots, others move on or move out eventually. There's a deep pool of talented veterans around here (like me) as well. That's super important to the viability of the new enterprises.
