I read somewhere years ago that that test is (I forget the term) not scientifically accurate in the sense that it's possible to be actually OK and have your score reflect that: It *always* says "You're x% messed up => you need Scientology!" (for x > 0)

An important difference: there is no expectation of secrecy in auditing. Things revealed in auditing are in fact frequently used to blackmail members into not leaving. Revealing something confessed to you as a Catholic priest is a serious violation of canon law
