Isn't there something like a "ZipAssist" that sticks to, say, the inside of the bathroom door, with two little pegs that stick out at waist height, one pointed slightly up and the other slightly down, that helps you self-zip up or down?

It doesn't have Alexa integration. It won't judge you. Besides.. as you look at yourself in the bathroom mirror, doing squats/reverse squats to self-zip, you can pretend you're taking an elevator to/from your secret basement.
