This is an interesting idea! As an alternative I think reading (and writing) fiction can also be a really great way to develop the same kind of low-friction empathy building.

I love this idea but for collective healing and empathy building, which is most needed across boundaries (of many types), it will necessarily require some knowledge of that individuals’s world views to draw similarity across lines.
