The goal here would be low-friction empathy-building, where no one is being asked to accept any political axiom/responsibility before they can experience a genuine hurt through the eyes of someone different from themselves

I would 
a blog/platform for people to write at length about wounds *typically considered political,* but the rule is that you can -only- speak about your personal experience & cannot attempt to generate a political discussion or imply any desired action on the reader's part

This can be accomplished in existing platforms , what is needed are willing participants with such mindset and intentions, which as you describe are great. Technology can’t enforce an open mind.
