Woke up to someone SCREAMING at my neighbors & banging on their door so vigorously that my *internal wall* is shaking AFAICT, the neighbors somehow woke her up? She's currently yelling "THERE IS A NOISE ORDINANCE IN BERKELEY!" at a volume I did not know humans were capable of

Cop, heard through my door: "So here is how this going to go: I can tell you guys have been drinking tonight, so my tolerance is about to here." (I assume "here" is low) Then the cop threatens the neighbors with a $700 fine if he has to come out again

I thought about coming out & offering my perspective, but I am utterly terrified of the victim of this prior, unheard noise crime Like, based on decibels & newton force I think she may actually be Mechagodzilla
