Why are most websites for UK and Australian academic departments so poorly designed and user-unfriendly? For example, most don't include any obvious list of their faculty members. Serious question -- I'm truly puzzled.
It's plausible that nobody's accountable for whatever complaints of that flavor come in (I'm guessing it's non-obvious where feedback like that even ought to go).
Also plausible that unless you're a prospective student/donor/etc., they just don't care what you're looking for.
