Alpha Was a Subtropical Storm, Not a C2 Hurricane.

Well on the NHC graphics, orange is for subtropical storms and blue is for subtropical depressions. But their color scale for regular systems is different. Green for TD, Yellow for TS, Red for Cat 1-2, and Pink for Cat 3-5
