  There are 85 MORE refrigerated trucks to store the dead bodies sent by the FEDs to NYC b/c the 45 there are at capacity.   This is just a common sense question, all the respect for Doctors, Nurses and all medical personal. Do hospitals have a disaster plan? Are the hospital responsible in their disaster plan to plan for a disaster?
