One way to block foistware installation on Windows 10 that actually seems to work is to create and activate an AppLocker rule to block http://Microsoft.Windows .ContentDeliveryManager. But this is obviously no good with Win10 Home users. Anybody have a better strategy that works?pic.twitter.com/Cct3bF75ms

Great. On about 50% of the Windows 10 systems I've tested on, MMC crashes upon attempting to create an AppLocker policy.
