As I see gigs of apps like Facebook, Minecraft, etc. foisted upon a default Win10 install, without the user's consent, I realize: 1) The arguably most-secure version of Windows has a constantly-increasing attack surface by default. 2) It's not your PC anymore. It's Microsoft's.

They can, it just requires command line/powershell commands. Using Windows 10 is like tending a garden, it requires diligent weeding. It is not user friendly for the average Joe, which is what Microsoft is counting on.
