You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
You can also go into Outlook options and tell it format internet messages as Rich Text
I couldn't find such an option. "Compose messages in this format" is set to "Rich Text", but in my testing Outlook still sent an HTML msg.
There are two prompts (one to update DDE link, and the other to run the program), but it still puts the decision in the end user's hands.
