So, I get the idea behind PiHole, but it seems really wasteful to buy and run a Pi for something so lightweight. Does anyone build similar functionality into a router?

I guess I assumed that the primary use case was for people who already bought a Pi, and stopped using it. Voila! It's now both being used, and for something quite useful at that!
