This is one of the things that continues to baffle me. The most locked down version of Windows available -- you can't even open IE without prompts about it blocking untrusted scripts. But, you know, Adobe Flash.

@dwizzzleMSFT I'm curious. As the Microsoft Director of OS Security, what's your opinion or insight on this matter? Surely there is a security benefit to be gained by removing this relic, if not just to reduce the attack surface? Yet Microsoft keeps shipping and patching it.
