Is that the homepage any more? My Firefox 64 install just has last used pages as homepage.
I'm told that it's no longer the homepage for Firefox. But with my single data point of my own laptop, it definitely was. Given that it went a couple of days without being noticed, I'm guessing that not too many people have a similar config.
