OK, I'll bite. How does one run Windbg Preview with elevated privileges if I'm logged in as a normal user?

WinDbg Preview has certain features that require administrative privileges, such as attaching to a higher-privileged process and also the Time Travel Debugging (TTD) capabilities. Surely there's a way to access these features?pic.twitter.com/yHndCkc2aR
I haven't hardly played with preview, but I'm surprised. It installs on Windows 10 in "S mode" meaning it must meet specific requirements. Maybe Microsoft uses the UWP "full trust" workaround on non-S. Either way, it would still probably be user specific (install on admin acct).
