I'm not sure how the UAC configuration is coming into play here. As the screenshots above indicate, WinDbg Preview (and perhaps any Microsoft Store app) isn't clearly exposing how you'd run it as another user (e.g. via right-clicking the launcher, or via launching via CMD.EXE).

You can’t. It’s a store application. It’s per user with no administration privileges possible regardless from what I know (if it follows the rules of all other apps).

WinDbg Preview has certain features that require administrative privileges, such as attaching to a higher-privileged process and also the Time Travel Debugging (TTD) capabilities. Surely there's a way to access these features?pic.twitter.com/yHndCkc2aR
