With WDEG, there are two quite-different underlying settings represented here: "Use default (On)" means "opt in" "On by default" means "always on" If this isn't obvious to you, your grasp of the English language perhaps needs some work. However mandatory ASLR will still work. The thing is, unless you have bottom-up randomization set to "On by default", you're still SOL.
