The WIBU case came to my attention through another researcher. And not all WIBU-protected code is ASLR compatible. Some WIBU binaries are randomized with ASLR, most are not. It's not clear to me now whether this is based on WIBU version, or options selected at compile/link time.
My script checks only for WIBU binaries now, as that's all I've seen so far that may be ASLR incompatible. There may be other protectors that have similar behaviors. My MS contact indicated the sample I shared was "not properly formed", and that's why it's not randomized.
