user interfaces like those presented by Word and Eclipse can definitely be productively cast as programming languages. a few of the other examples, e.g. CSS and HTML, seem more like data structures used by the "web browser" programming language.
Would you consider data description languages separate from programming languages?

I mean specialized notation for values of some datatype, like the tree datatype called "HTML", is certainly a "language" but the "programming" is really in the operations over that data? I mean yeah it's fuzzy / unclear at the edges.
