I want to share my experience taking a "gap year" (3 years) in industry before applying to PhD programs in computer science (PL focus, US citizen). Target audience is current undergraduates. What is the best medium for such a post? Note that I don't really have a blog.
My recommended idea pipeline: Group chat -> discord -> slack -> twitter -> blog post -> workshop paper -> conference paper -> professorship -> research lab -> tenure -> Turing award
