Also, I recently ran a small study on doc use in Rust. The scariest thing is when Google links to old versions of a doc, but the person doesn’t recognize it. Hard to GC a search engine...

I've started putting big "this is outdated, here's a link to the current stuff" banners at the top of old docs because, indeed, search engines keep sending people there.
