A burst pipe is more to do with how quickly temperature changes, rather than how low the thermometer plummets. With weather easing, ground movement makes a burst more likely. To avoid a burst pipe: ✅ Keep heating on low ✅ Insulate pipes ✅ Fix drips ✅ Check on empty properties

Know what to do for a burst pipe ➡️ 1.) Turn water off at the stop tap and boiler. 2.) Run all taps to drain system fast. 3.) Turn off electrics at mains. 4.) Call a plumber for visible leaks at your property, or our advanced water services team to find a hidden leak.
