Trial was set for Feb. 2020 a couple of months ago. (I think it was Sept.) Larry wants “Detective S” deposed. They also want L’s answers from arrest squashed. He asked for lawyer, they stopped, but L kept talking, so they didn’t get him a lawyer & kept questioning him.
