    This is a game changer. The success of vaccination to reduce the virus passing from person to person is the exit strategy we need. Doctors have been praying for this. Get the vaccine asap.

    Really good news from this study that suggests 1 dose of Pfizer reduces *transmission* and not just symptoms of illness four-fold. This is brilliant.

    Heartbreaking account of how difficult it can be to explain end of life in intensive care when families can’t visit like they would normally. The thread expresses well how awful we feel when we have to continue with care that is undignified and futile.

    Today I cried in court. I was watching 3 lovely, articulate, passionate young women (the older 2 just out of their teens) come to terms with the fact that their Dad was going to die. Doctors believed that continuing life-sustaining treatment was not in his best interests.
