Rights do not take away from others. You don't have a right to steal because you are taking from another. Abortion is taking the life of the fetus, thus not a right.
You can debate the pros and cons of abortion, still isn't a right.

The 9th Amendment literally says the rights of the People are unenumerated. Why is this so hard?
