Homeschooling does provide a solid education. To say homeschoolers are not up to edu. standards is just an outright lie.

This is a short term view. Missing six months of school will do little to change the arc of an education. Children are considerably more resilient than this article supposes although it correctly identifies some dangers

Agree. Children are resilient. It just takes one good teacher or a relative to inspire that kid to cross that bridge to the wonderful world of knowledge
