we have that path, for 3d printing originally, but haven't decided exactly the scenarios to wire it up for. ie tech done, workflow/bigger picture tbd

we would use that if it existed! we have per voxel roughness, which maps to per vert! good point

It’ll be probably worth it for WebGL alone. Also texture-less games are a (pretty & practical) thing and this would add value to COLOR_0, which is boring when used by itself.
