Quick Q - is it possible to alias a slice of an MTLTextureTypeArray as a MTLTextureType2D for use with a MPSUnaryImageKernel?

I'd like to be able to take a Float16 neuron output from MPS, take a slice and pop it into a imageConversion so I can send it via Syphon :)

Yeah, I was going to suggest trying to create a view. I’d expect that to work for your case.

Totally works with a view + a MPSImageConversion stage. Im able to record neuron activations via Syphon now. This is fucking cool :D
