I have no earthly idea how big of a task this would be, but do you know of a way to browse DAT on iOS? Would love to shed Electron/Chromium.

You could use WebRTC. You'll have to compile your own Dat WebRTC library though as the current one is outdated.https://github.com/datproject/dat-js …

The only implementation of the dat relies on Node, you either need an iOS Node runtime or to reimplement dat itself? https://docs.datproject.org/ecosystem
