No need for Metal 2 yet. The shaders are adapted from existing samples. Haven't considered optimization yet; still adding features.
Metal 2.0? Why GITF? Which optimizations are planned? Working from scratch or adapting other PBR code?I like glTF because it's very efficient and easy to load. Planning to build a viewer and QuickLook plugin.
