Metal 2.0? Why GITF? Which optimizations are planned? Working from scratch or adapting other PBR code?

No need for Metal 2 yet. The shaders are adapted from existing samples. Haven't considered optimization yet; still adding features.

I like glTF because it's very efficient and easy to load. Planning to build a viewer and QuickLook plugin.
