Weekend project: Want to figure out how to write an interesting shader in Metal. I want to do a ripple effect. I hope that's not too hard.

If you can read and understand https://www.shadertoy.com/view/lds3RH , you can apply the essence elsewhere. d = cos(length(v)).

At some point I want to take 10-20 effects and write a shader book about how the math works and how to code it. Not now...
