My tweet about wanting to apply springs to a path animation was dumb. There’s little you can do to correctly determine overshoot vectors.

@davidronnqvist It’s frustrating that iOS’s path logic is strictly limited to drawing and animating. You can’t get the underlying data.
@LucasTizma Are you referring to CGPathRef/UIBezierPath here? What “underlying data” isn’t accessible with CGPathApply?

@warrenm Well, those seem to just return path constructors. I meant more like being able to get all the raw points from a path. -
