@warrenm Quick Metal Q: Am I missing smthn or is filter::linear (up)sampling in compute functions broken on iOS (and halfbroken on OS X)?

@warrenm Yes, I've just added the requested info. But a compute function should be able to sample with linear just as a fragment shader can? -
@bitCycle I don’t believe we document otherwise. I would expect this to work. -
@warrenm Couldn't find anything saying otherwise in the docs either. Also strange that it works only on OS X, and only w coords::normalized.
