@warrenm I love we have genetic analysis of yeast now. We've come a long way from "this magical stick from my ancestors I stir wort with" -
@isoiphone It’s fascinating! I was a little disappointed this strain wasn’t a true Brett, but it produces a nice Brett B funk anyhow
