@warrenm That would be so cool to type directly into a source code editor.

@warrenm LOL. But that's not exactly WYSIWYG though now is it? Is this just for GL, or do you use this for vDSP too?

@dsteuber Metal. There’s a vertex shader component as well. But c’mon, analysis precedes synthesis. And analysis is wandering and redundant.

@warrenm Evolution certainly didn't need analysis. And look at what it produced. Hmm. Never mind.

@warrenm Interested in the SIMD here, which the A7 killed (only used GLSL, not NEON, myself). Naively, it looks like a 2x3 matrix is cleaner

@JessyCatterwaul My understanding of SIMD is voodooish at best. I just casted it as a 4-D homogeneous transform b/c that's what I'm used to.

@warrenm I so prefer that. Because that is how I was taught. But instead to work with CGAffineTransforms I have to think with row vectors

@CocoaKevin Much ink spilled over convention. I just use what makes sense in the moment. Foolish consistency, I contain multitudes, all that

@warrenm I think it is the having to reverse the order in which each transformation matrix is applied does my head in each time.
