That’s curious. -[id<MTLDevice> newDefaultLibrary] started always returning nil after installing the Xcode 6 GM seed. Works in Beta 7.

@warrenm there's a note in the release notes about shrinking libraries or something. Can't remember details, but might be worth checking.
@_psonice Good looking out. I did those steps instinctually, but it hasn’t helped yet. Will continue trying.
