@warrenm that's really disappointing to hear, any idea why?
Haven’t found a sweet spot for Metal compute shaders yet. For my use cases, fragment shaders are faster across the same workload.

@_psonice My use cases are raster-centric, so I exploit tex coord interpolation to do some divs for me. Probably not a fair comparison. -
@warrenm ah. Hmm, there should be some way to access the interpolater, it's too useful! -

@warrenm guessing a big here (still at "looking into cave" stage ;) but if you write into a texture can you access the normalised coords?
