The sample code runs on iOS, so at least in principle, yes. I don’t know how well libtess works in practice to tessellate the kinds of complex, multilayered content you often find in SVGs, but it might be an interesting place to start.

SVGs through Skia/SkiaSharp (at least the ones we generate) are all self-contained elements that could be separated as 3D-objects and then combined later in a 3D-environment as separate meshes where needed. No need for UVs beyond normals, as it would all be solid colours.
