Hi Warren do you reckon the USD to USDZ converter works on MacOS only?
The ARKit Quick Look Gallery now includes a link to download a package containing stand-alone USD (v18.09) libs and Python scripts to drive them. Should make writing custom converters (like glTF->USDZ) much easier… https://developer.apple.com/arkit/gallery/ pic.twitter.com/6LvyRwb2qk

The code should work on Win64 as well, but I always get built errors on my Win8.1 dev PC, caused by OpenEXR dependency. Anybody kind enough to provide binaries for Win?

After downloading and setting up environment variables per the readme I'm seeing the following on something simple like "from pxr import Tf": Python crashed. FATAL ERROR: Failed axiom: ' Py_IsInitialized() ' in operator() at line 148 of /tmp/USD/pxr/base/lib/tf/pyTracing.cpp
