Curious what hurdles you ran into that are preventing this from being a smooth process?

Particularly for this model, we converted it to OBJ first, and then dropped it into the command-line tool recently introduced at WWDC. And as the tools is very particular about geometry, it’s a lot of test&try to make it right. The pain is the tool doesn’t prompt what’s wrong.

I m also not sure if the way we did is the best efficient approach. Totally open to any suggestions... (FYI, we manually extracted the metalness and roughness from dual-channel metalness/roughness of original glTF in PS.)
