It's going to be interesting how long this remains true as both APIs evolve separately
Yeah. My impressions are only based on simple use cases. I don’t imagine most Metal 2 features will be easily exploited, for example.

Our Dota2/Source2 layer is not a very simple use case, but yes divergence will occur, it will ebb and flow.
