Yeah, there definitely isn’t a spectrum of hawks and doves. That definitely hasn’t been a defining gradient of western China watchers for decades. Nope. They all not only thought the same way, but spoke the same way. No arguing at all.
There has been no lack of China experts from the western world in the past 30 years. Their predictions about China, even the wording, are stunningly the same—hard landing. It's impossible that Chinese economy will collapse. I am not an expert of the subject however those so called economists don't want to understand the domestic market of China. "Chinese economy will collapse", is their wish; not an economic analysis of the actual data.
