    anyone here have experience moving from drupal to something jamstack-y? the jamstack workflow feels better to me as a developer, but i wonder if the migration costs are worth it.

    osx should ship with `.DS_Store` in this file

    A reminder that you can have a personal .gitignore in a repo that won't affect or be affected by your coworkers. Just add whatever you want to `.git/info/exclude`

    The best part about graduating college and getting a job is that I finally had free time. Not having to always do homework freed up so much time for ~stuff~. It was amazing.

    Here’s another hot take just because I can: I don’t think children should be given homework in elementary or middle school. And maybe not even high school. Kids need to have fun when they get home from school. It sets us up to have bad work boundaries.

    Finally, a map that gives Worcester the geographic importance it deserves. Also Union Station is beautiful and we would all be so lucky to take regular trains through there.

    It'll probably take years before they finish it, but imagine how transformative the North Atlantic Rail Corporation (NARC) plan for high speed rail in the northeast could be once completed:
