To be clear, I don't know if there IS a CD request except for what's reported in news. I don't want to create a false impression that I know
But there's a lot of information in the news about the deal that, if true, indicates a CD would be inappropriate.

So,
#Scaramucci was promised a tax dodge before inaug. Needs it for planned property sale. Has been trying to find WH job to get dodge. -
But statute only provides tx dodge if sale were forced by conflict of intrst. Since clearly not forced sale, dodge should not be allowed.
